Do I need to buy a new device?
Every pre-order needs one Classmate device per student. Choose your device color with your plan. The lifetime package includes the standard black device; custom colors add $20. Extra bands are available for $20 each.
When will my subscription be billed?
Subscription activation is planned for January 2027 or when your device arrives. Activation and recurring billing details will be confirmed separately; monthly subscription will NOT begin until your Classmate arrives and is registered in the app.
Annual plans are paid up front for 10 full months. Your first-year activation code is used when you register your device in the app.
When does Earlybird pricing end?
Early Bird pricing is available until November 30, 2026. Standard Annual pricing becomes available afterward.
What’s included with Lifetime?
The lifetime package is a one-time license purchase with a standard black device included. Custom colors, including Stripe, are an optional $20 upgrade. It covers one student and is non-transferable, with up to 20 years of service, and one free replacement.
Can I order Classmate for more than one child?
Absolutely. Each child needs their own Classmate plan and device. Choose a plan and color for your first student and add the order to your cart. Then select “Add another student” in the cart to choose a plan and color for your next child. Your current selections will stay in your cart, so you can check out together when everyone is ready.
If a student already has a Classmate device, select “I have one” when choosing their plan.
