Copyright Infringement
It is Our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.
If You are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and You believe that copyrighted material has been copied, posted, uploaded, stored, linked to, or otherwise made available through the Service in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, You may submit a written notification to Our designated Copyright Agent.
DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
A written notification of claimed copyright infringement should include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, together with information reasonably sufficient to permit Us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Us to contact You, including Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that You have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information contained in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that You are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Designated Copyright Agent
DMCA notices should be sent to Our designated Copyright Agent:

Please include “DMCA Copyright Notice” in the subject line of electronic correspondence where possible.
Our Response to a DMCA Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, We may take any actions appropriate under applicable law, including:
- Removing or disabling access to the material identified in the notification.
- Notifying the User responsible for the material.
- Providing the User with information regarding the notification and the opportunity to submit a counter-notification where appropriate.
- Suspending or terminating access to the Service in appropriate circumstances.
- Taking other action permitted under Our Terms and Conditions, End-User License Agreement, or applicable law.
Our existing End-User License Agreement already provides that the Company may refuse or remove Content and limit or revoke use of the Application when Content violates its restrictions.
Counter-Notification
If You believe that Content You submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, You may submit a written counter-notification to Our Copyright Agent.
A counter-notification should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that You have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that You consent to the jurisdiction of the United States Federal District Court for the judicial district in which Your address is located, or, if Your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the Company may be found.
- A statement that You will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notification of alleged infringement or an agent of that person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, We may provide a copy to the party who submitted the original notification.
Unless the original complaining party notifies Us that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, We may restore the removed material or re-enable access to it in accordance with the time periods and procedures established under the DMCA.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at Our discretion, the Company may suspend or terminate the Accounts or access privileges of Users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
We may also restrict or terminate access to the Service where We reasonably believe a User has engaged in repeated or serious infringement.
Misrepresentations
Under applicable law, a person may be liable for damages if they knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing or that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
You should therefore carefully consider whether the disputed use is actually infringing before submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification.
Other Intellectual Property Matters
The process described in this Policy applies specifically to copyright claims governed by the DMCA.
Complaints regarding trademarks, patents, rights of publicity, privacy rights, impersonation, or other legal matters should not be submitted through the DMCA process and should instead be directed to the Company through Our general contact information or another reporting process We make available.
